A calm way to focus your day
9to5focus helps you plan, track, and finish your work: timebox tasks, see your week, and keep everything local.
No sign-ups. No cloud. Just your Mac and your work.
What’s inside 9to5focus v1.0.0
A small, opinionated tool to timebox your day, see where your time goes, and keep simple invoices — all on your Mac.
Focused task queue
Add tasks with durations, move one to the top, and only the top task is “live”. Adjust +15m / −15m on the fly, mark as done, or delete.
Categories & history
Group tasks by category and keep a simple history of what you’ve finished. See recent items first, with “load more” to avoid clutter.
Weekly & monthly stats
Get a minimal dashboard: total focused hours, tasks done, weekly bars, and a “Github-style” grid showing which days you actually worked.
Offline invoices tool
Use the built-in Invoices tool to create simple invoices: from / to, items, tax, discount, currency symbol and decimal style. Keep track of paid status and print-friendly views — still local, still offline.
How it works
Type your tasks, set durations, and add categories where it helps.
Only the top task counts. Pause, extend, or switch tasks intentionally.
See hours worked, tasks completed, and a simple grid of days you actually focused.
IDR 49.000 one-time payment
Personal macOS license. Local data. Free minor updates.

Is it available on Windows?
Currently macOS only. Other platforms may follow later.
Will there be online sync in the future?
The first version is intentionally offline-first. If cloud sync ever comes, it will stay optional.
